Privacy notice

This notice covers the AI Kapuwa launch waiting list at aikapuwa.com.

What we collect and why

We collect your name and email, your consent record, and any phone/WhatsApp number or city/district you choose to provide. We use these details to manage the waiting list and send launch updates through the channels you provide. If present, campaign tags in the page address help us understand how people find this page.

How we protect your details

Registrations are stored in a restricted database for authorized staff. Our hosting providers process this information to operate the service. We do not publish your registration or sell your details. A temporary, hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions; it is not stored with your registration.

Your choices

Phone and location are optional. Joining requires your agreement to receive launch updates. You can withdraw that agreement or request deletion by replying to a launch update. We will use your registration only for the launch waiting list and review its retention when the launch campaign ends.

Before you join

Only share your own contact details. This form does not request sensitive personal or matchmaking information.
